Only cashless payment is possible.
One Tetra-Pak up to 0.5 l with a non-alcoholic drink can be taken to the stadium per person
Cameras
Cameras, digital cameras, compact cameras, etc., for private use are permitted. SLR cameras, cameras with interchangeable lenses, etc., which indicate professional photography, are not permitted.
Getting to the stadium
There are plenty of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of the Voith-Arena – also slightly below in the "Katzental" (P 9 and P 10) – in front of the Naturtheater, at Hellenstein Castle and at the Heidenheim Hospital. From these car parks, the stadium is only a few minutes' walk.
Away fan coaches usually park directly at the away entrance behind the west stand.
From the train station (bus stop about 100 m to the right of the train station), fans can reach the Voith-Arena via the regular bus service run by the Heidenheimer Verkehrsgesellschaft HVG – take lines 6 and 7 to the Voith-Arena stop.
