The Fan House

Since July 2014, the Fan House has been located near the south curve of the PreZero Arena.
It is a place for all those who love TSG to meet and is open during every home match.

The Fan House opens 2.5 hours before kick-off in the PreZero Arena and closes approximately one hour after the final whistle.

It is closed for away matches. Here in Sinsheim, for example, we have TSG live in the Quints/pedestrian zone, or in the El Greco Sportsbar on Bahnhofstrasse.

In addition, it offers the fans plenty of space for a variety of events and celebrations. Be it meetings of the umbrella association, seminars of the Hoffenheim Fan Project or general meetings of the fan clubs – almost anything is possible. The offices of the fan representatives are located on the lower ground floor. This means that fans have the opportunity to meet their contact persons there by appointment on weekdays from 9:00 CEST.

The Fan House is operated by TSG 1899 Hoffenheim Fußball-Spielbetrieb GmbH

Who can use the Fan House?

Except on home or away match days, the fan meeting point on the upper floor is available to all official fan organisations, the Fan Project and TSG fan clubs, as well as the Fußball-Spielbetrieb GmbH. Planned events must be agreed with the operator in advance to assess their feasibility and guarantee the availability of the rooms. The organisations described above can use the Fan House free of charge.


Food & drink must always be arranged by the operator. A commercial use of the premises by third parties is not possible.

When does the Fan House open on home match days?

The doors will open 2.5 hours before the start of the game. During the game, the Fan House will be closed. When the game ends, it will be reopened. It will be closed at the end of the day as deemed fit.

When is the Fan House open otherwise?

During TSG away matches, the Fan House will open 60 minutes before kick-off. It will be closed immediately after the end of the game. Opening times for special events are to be agreed with the operator as required.

What about food and drink in the Fan House?

During TSG home and away matches, we offer our guests not only the usual drinks, but also wines from the region. Small meals and snacks are also available.
