You will only receive our team's autograph cards by written request to our service team together with a stamped envelope addressed to you.

Depending on the number of free autograph cards we have, the envelope should be the following size and franked as follows:

Shipping to Germany:

Up to 2 autograph cards: €0.85, DIN A5 long 
Up to 4 autograph cards: €1.00, DIN A5 long

Shipping within Europe and worldwide:

Up to 2 autograph cards: €1.10, DIN A5 long 
Up to 4 autograph cards: €1.70, DIN A5 long

If you live abroad and do not have German stamps for the return envelope to hand, you can also attach an international coupon with a corresponding value along with your request. These coupons are available at post offices around the world.

Note: Requests that do not include sufficient postage will not be processed.

Since TSG Hoffenheim has the claim to satisfy all fans equally, multiple orders are not processed.

Due to the enormously high demand for original signed autograph cards, there may be a longer waiting period of up to three months. We ask for your understanding that for organisational reasons, we are not able to have photos, cards, kits, posters and fan articles signed by specific players, the whole team or the coaching staff. Personal dedications of any kind are also not possible due to the large number of requests that reach us every day. In addition, we cannot accept liability for items submitted.
