However, it is strictly forbidden to climb on or over buildings and equipment not intended for general use, in particular façades, fences, walls, pitch enclosures, barriers, lighting, advertising hoardings, camera platforms, roofs and masts of any kind.
At the away entrance, there is a possibility to deposit objects for a fee of €2. There will also be two catering vans in front of the away entrance, where you can get food and drinks, as well as toilets.
There is no fixed alcohol limit in the Volkswagen Arena. Obviously heavily intoxicated persons will be denied access to the Volkswagen Arena.
The away entrance will open 90 minutes before kick-off.
Payment with cash is not possible in the Volkswagen Arena. This can only be done with a debit card (Girocard with rechargeable chip) or a VFL card.
Getting to the stadium
On match days, a safety ring will be drawn around the Volkswagen Arena for preventive reasons (see below). This excludes the coach parking spaces for away fans and the two away fan entrances in the south and south-east. On the access roads of the security ring, checkpoints will be set up, where fans will be searched.
As a result, fans who have tickets in the away section and come on foot from the north (from the parking spaces in the Allerpark) will be searched twice: once when entering the security ring and once at the away entrance.
