The stadium will open 2 hours before kick-off.

Our away fan blocks are 342, 343, 344 and 345.

Backpacks and bags

Official stadium bags are allowed.
Plastic bags, cloth bags, etc. and backpacks larger than A4 size are not allowed inside the stadium.

Payment

With the Arena Card.
Arena Card drop-off point for away fans on level 6 with the Arena Card top-up point at Kiosk 29, between blocks 344 and 345.

Notes on photography and film

The use of photo cameras and other image/film and sound recording devices for the purpose of commercial use is prohibited.

Getting to the stadium

Parking

Coaches: Park in the away coach car park (formerly coach parking lot North), see Appendix 1. Parking fee: €25.00.
Opening time of coach car park on match day: 10:00 CEST

Cars: Park in the new car park for away fans (marked P Gäste). See Appendix 1. Parking fee: €10.00. Exit only possible via licence plate recognition. Payment (cash, debit card, credit card) and the associated entry of the licence plate is possible at the cash machine in the car park, as well as at the machines directly at the entrance to the away section. The parking fee should be paid before the game in order to avoid long waiting times after the game.



9-seater vehicles: Vehicles that are too tall for the away car park (> 2 metres) must park in the away coach car park. Parking fee for these vehicles: €15.00.



Away entrance, stadium opening time and box office

Ticket holders from the away fans' quota can only enter via the new away fans' entrance. See Appendix 1: Exception for wheelchair users (see below).
