General information

The entire area surrounding the WWK Arena, including parking spaces (also with a special entrance for away fan coaches) is part of the FC Augsburg event area, meaning that persons banned from the stadium are also prohibited from idling around the stadium. It is also forbidden to carry bottles or alcohol with you from the entrance to the car park.

Stadium opening and box office
The ticket counter for the away section, as well as the away fans' block itself, is normally open two hours before kick-off.


Backpacks and bags

There is a drop-off point (limited availability) at the entrance to the away section. Nevertheless, we recommend that fans leave larger bags and backpacks in their car or on the coach.

Cameras

Picture and sound recordings may be made for private purposes only. Compact cameras and SLR cameras with a lens up to a maximum of 55 mm are permitted. SLR cameras with a lens larger than 55 mm or any type of video camera are prohibited.

Food/drinks

In the entire stadium, including the away section, only cashless payment (by card) is possible. Payment cards can be purchased (€2 deposit), topped up and also returned in the away section. You cannot bring food and drinks over 100 ml in with you. There is no pub or restaurant within walking distance of the arena. As a rule: only non-alcoholic beverages will be served in the away stand.

From the north:

Take the B2 (Donauwörth-Augsburg), then the motorway-style road Bundesstraße 17 toward Landsberg. Stay on the B17 until you reach the Arena exit.



From the south:

Take the motorway-style road Bundestraße 17 (Landsberg-Augsburg). Stay on the B17 until you reach the Arena exit.



From the west:

Take the A8 (Stuttgart-München), then the Augsburg-West exit (towards Augsburg, Landsberg). You are now on the motorway-style road Bundesstraße 17. Stay on the B17 until you reach the Arena exit.



From the east:

Take the A8 (München-Stuttgart), then the Augsburg-West exit (towards Augsburg, Landsberg). You are now on the motorway-style road Bundesstraße 17. Stay on the B17 until you reach the Arena exit.

Parking

Car parks P1 and P4 are available for parking during the day. Parking will cost €10.00. Additional parking spaces are available at the Augsburg trade fair site (Messe). A shuttle bus runs from the Messe, which is included in the parking price of €6.00! There is no separate car park for away fans. The disabled car park is located within car park P2. Free parking is available in the disabled car park for persons who have an AG (extreme disability) sticker or a BI (blind) sticker.
