Stadium opening

The BayArena opens 2 hours before the start of the match.

Tickets

The ticket office opens 2 hours before the start of the match if tickets are still available.

Food & drink

Cashless payment is possible with a BayArena Card / debit card.
Alcoholic beer will be served.
You cannot bring drinks in with you.

Drop-off point

For small items only, no bulky items.
Fee: €1.


Film and digital cameras are allowed for private use (no professional devices / mirror reflex cameras with telephoto lens). Video cameras are not permitted

There is no predefined alcohol limit, but visibly drunk fans may be subject to additional checks.

Bum bags are allowed inside the stadium.

Power bank / additional battery for mobile phones:

These cannot be brought into the BayArena!

Large luggage, large bags, large backpacks:
Large bags, women's handbags, sports bags, suitcases, backpacks, etc. are not permitted inside the stadium.
 It is best not to bring them with you!

Getting to the stadium

By coach

Park in car park P6

Access via the Europaring via the "Am Neuenhof" exit to Marienburger Straße.
Toilets and bins are available at the coach parking spaces.
Parking is free.

Cars, minibuses, camper vans and 9 or 8-seater vehicles without a parking permit cannot park in the car park under the Stelzenautobahn motorway. The police, the road traffic office and the security service will reject all vehicles and send them to the shuttle bus car park. To avoid any stress, you should not try to enter the car park in the first place!

Free shuttle buses run to the stadium from shuttle bus car park (starting around two hours before kick-off), or you can take the S-Bahn S6 line (one stop to Leverkusen Mitte).

Parking spaces for the severely disabled and those with wheelchairs are located directly opposite the BayArena. These can be used only with a blue wheelchair parking card (address: Bismarckstr. 122–124)
