Bülter: "That would be a nice reward"

Marius Bülter is entering his second season at TSG Hoffenheim. The 31-year-old is currently taking part in his second summer training camp with the club. The forward sat down for an interview to talk about the training camp in Kitzbühel and the upcoming games in Europe.

Marius, the first few days in Kitzbühel are over. How have things gone so far?

"We had a long bus journey, but we went out onto the pitch as soon as we arrived and have now completed our first training sessions. The conditions on the pitch are great and the hotel leaves nothing to be desired. But I'm sure we still have some intensive sessions ahead of us over the next few days."

This is your second summer preseason at TSG Hoffenheim. Is anything different?

"I already know the lads and the staff, of course, so it's a lot easier and the whole process is simpler. It's normal that you need a bit of familiarisation after a transfer to get into the swing of things. It's much better this year and I'm certainly feeling a bit more comfortable as a result."

You qualified for the Europa League thanks to a strong final spurt. Can you already feel the anticipation of the big European nights?

"It will be my first involvement in a European competition, so it's very special for me. If we're lucky with the draw, we - and the fans - will experience some great trips and matches. That would be a nice reward for the past season."

Do you have a preferred draw?

"The English and Italian teams would be a dream for me. Whether it's Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur or the two teams from Rome. Those are great cities and impressive stadiums."
