TSG Hoffenheim komplettiert Geschäftsführung

The shareholders of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim Fußball-Spielbetrieb GmbH have appointed Tim Jost as the new managing director of marketing & sales. As of1 December 2024, the 38-year-old will join the management team of the Bundesliga football club alongside Dr. Markus Schütz (chairman), Andreas Schicker (sport) and Frank Briel (finance).

"We are delighted to have been able to add Tim Jost to our team. He is held in high esteem in the industry, and thanks to his many years of experience in sales, marketing and sponsorship, we expect him to provide us with valuable impetus when it comes to positioning TSG Hoffenheim with our existing and future partners," said Jörg Albrecht, 1st chairman of the registered association (e.V.) and majority shareholder of the football limited company (GmbH).

In Bochum, as part of the management team, Tim Jost was most recently responsible for the fields of marketing and sales, as well as the eSports department and the football school and was partially responsible for the professionalisation of women's football. Prior to this, he was responsible for the sponsorship, marketing and sales team at Holstein Kiel for several years. Prior to his move to professional football, Tim Jost worked as account manager in media sales at Constantin Sport Marketing (today Sport1 GmbH) and as director of TV rights & sponsorship at Match IQ.
