Short description
Marius Bülter has enjoyed a steady rise over the past ten years. At the age of 20, the attacker was playing his football in the Oberliga, before he moved up to the Regionalliga West to join SV Rödinghausen. After four seasons he made the jump to the Bundesliga 2, signing for 1. FC Magdeburg. After just one season as a full-time professional, the 1.88-metres tall Bülter signed for 1. FC Union Berlin, for whom he made 58 Bundesliga appearances over the course of two seasons. In 2021/22, he dropped back down to the second tier and helped FC Schalke 04 as they won the league title and with it promotion back to the Bundesliga. Bülter had a major part to play in the success, scoring ten goals and notching up 13 assists. He then scored 11 goals in 33 Bundesliga matches for the Royal Blues. He signed for TSG Hoffenheim in the summer of 2023.
