Short description

Florian Micheler was born in the winter sports stronghold of Innsbruck, but instead of on the Bergiselschanze, the Austrian showed his sporting talent on the football pitch. In 2021, the then 16-year-old transferred to the academy of TSG Hoffenheim, where he celebrated the double of championship and DFB Cup with the U19s in the 2023/24 season. The centre midfielder made his professional debut in the first competitive match of the following season and made his first appearance in the DFB Cup against Würzburger Kickers. His Bundesliga debut followed shortly afterwards, and the Austrian also made his first appearance in the Europa League.
