Gamgami has extensive experience in strategic HR and organisational development, leadership development and supporting change processes. In her work, she combines a clear strategic view with a strong focus on people and culture. She is committed to future-oriented and inclusive work cultures and has become successful with her innovative yet pragmatic solutions. In addition to her professional activities, the author and lecturer is a volunteer co-founder of an anti-racism and empowerment organisation.
