The Members' Council serves as a point of contact for issues relevant to the club and its members and will in future be entitled to attend board meetings on a quarterly basis. The aim is to promote dialogue between the membership and the club's management and to incorporate important ideas from the club in a structured manner. The Council consists of at least three and at most seven persons who are elected by the General Meeting for a term of three years. Two of these members should be honorary members, and one other person must have been a member of the club for at least ten years. Apart from a minimum age of 16, there are no special eligibility requirements for the other members. Re-election is possible without restriction. In the event of premature departure, the next member on the election list takes their place.

The Honorary Council, on the other hand, has a mediating and supervisory function within the club. It consists of three persons, at least one of whom has been a member of the club for over 40 years. A basic requirement for election to this body is at least 25 years of membership in the club. The Honorary Council decides on internal disputes, reviews measures such as expulsions from the club and, in certain cases, can call a general meeting. Members of the Honorary Council may not hold any other office in the club. The term of office is four years; here too, the next member on the list takes over for the remaining term.
