TSG up close – the new documentary
What happens in the dressing room stays in the dressing room. A saying which is actually an unwritten rule in football – but which is broken in the new TSG documentary. Because we have closely followed our team in the first few weeks under our new head coach Christian Ilzer: exclusive insights behind the scenes, in the thick of the pre-match huddle, during gruelling rounds of the card game Wizard on trips through Germany and Europe, and we answer the question of what the flying shirt box in the dressing room in Wolfsburg was all about. From the arrival of head coach Christian Ilzer in November to the final game of 2024, TSG.TV has been following our team exclusively with cameras in hand. Eight games – from Leipzig via Braga and Dortmund to the final game of the year against Borussia Mönchengladbach on home turf at the PreZero Arena. The result is a documentary lasting around 30 minutes that takes fans on the emotional rollercoaster ride of the last few weeks before Christmas and right into the inner workings of TSG.
The TSG documentary impressively shows that there is much more to a football match than "just" the 90 minutes on the pitch...
