Prömel becomes ambassador for Anpfiff ins Leben
Supporting children and young people, empowering sports clubs - this is exactly what Anpfiff ins Leben is committed to through its 360° youth sports support and club counselling. The non-profit organisation from the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region is now receiving valuable support from four celebrities: professional footballer Grischa Prömel, professional handball player Uwe Gensheimer, presenter Jessica "Jess" Schöne, and actor and presenter Marc Dumitru will be supporting Anpfiff ins Leben as ambassadors from now on. They are passionate about the organisation's unique support and counselling concept and are actively supporting it with their commitment. In addition, the four Anpfiff ambassadors will use their names and publicity to help raise awareness and spread the word about Anpfiff ins Leben's 360° youth sports promotion and club counselling throughout Germany, to ensure that as many children, young people and sports clubs as possible can benefit from it.
As an U19 player for TSG Hoffenheim, Grischa Prömel benefited from Anpfiff ins Leben's support himself. "Back then, I wanted to orient myself both in sport and professional life after graduating from high school. My contacts at Anpfiff ins Leben always had an open ear for me and gave me advice and support for all the questions I had. That helped me enormously as a young footballer." As an ambassador, the TSG pro hopes to encourage sports clubs to work with Anpfiff ins Leben so that lots of young sportspeople can benefit from the many opportunities offered by the organisation.
Sports clubs are of great social importance. Many children and young people come together there not only to play sport together, but also to learn lessons for life. After the family and school, a sports club can be the most important social learning centre for children and young people. Despite the great importance of sports clubs for the social development of children and young people, there is a lack of support for clubs - especially in the grassroots sports sector. This is where Anpfiff ins Leben comes in and helps clubs, from grassroots to elite level, to position themselves for the future. "We help them to integrate 360° youth sports promotion into their club work and advise them on individual challenges. This kind of support and counselling concept is unique in Germany and creates prospects for sports clubs and the children and young people who regularly attend them. I am delighted that we now have prominent ambassadors by our side," emphasises Dietmar Pfähler, first chairperson of Anpfiff ins Leben.
