Coronavirus rules
2G rules:
Entry to the stadium will only be granted to people who can prove that they have recovered from Covid-19 or have completed a Covid-19 vaccination program. For this purpose, a current negative test must be presented (2G plus checks). You can find the current hygiene rules and the exceptions, including for children and young people, in the stadium rules.
Masks:
A medical mask must be worn throughout the entire stadium.
Hygiene rules:
- The consumption of food and drink is only permitted once you reach your seat
- A minimum distance of 1.5 m to other persons must be maintained
- Smoking is prohibited in the grandstands
Getting to the stadium and parking
Cars and buses
- Exit 103, Köln-Lövenich
- Car park P4
- There is a strict ban on glass drinks containers and cans of drink in the car park and the entire stadium area
- Please do not use car parks P6 and P8!
- Fees: car €7, 9-seater €14, bus €20
- Subject to change. In the case of changes, these will be communicated by the police or the local regulatory office
Public transport
Take KVB line 1 to the RheinEnergie Stadion stop. On match day, special trains run from the Neumarkt stop. With a ticket for the match, you can use public transport at no additional cost.
Fan items
The following items are allowed in the away section during the away game in Cologne:
- Small flags (max. 2m)
- 2 to 3 large swivel flags
- Fence flags (as long as there is space)
- Photo and video cameras (no larger than 15 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm)
- Binoculars
Further information
The stadium will open 120 minutes before the match (15:30 CET).
There will be no box office at the stadium on match day.
The entrance to guest block N16 is located in the north-east of the stadium.
Please note that only cashless payment is possible at the stadium. Payments can be made by debit card, credit card or via Bluecode.
There is no drop-off point for backpacks or bags before you reach the guest block, so please do not bring these items to the stadium.
People who are visibly very intoxicated and stand out as being drunk may be denied entry into the stadium area.
