Ihlas Bebou: "We invested a lot today; everyone wanted to win. Today we finally got our chance conversion right. We're very happy. I thought that I was in an offside position for my goal. I've missed a few opportunities recently, so I'm happy that I managed to get a goal today."

Christoph Baumgartner: "For my goal, I got myself into a good position. I realised the situation and scored with a combination of a toe punt and desire. I'm obviously delighted that I could contribute to the victory with a goal."

Florian Grillitsch: "We were on our game from the first minute today. It worked very well. But we're not satisfied and we have to build on the performance going forward. We can take a moment to be happy now, but we already have another important game coming up on Thursday."

Munas Dabbur: "It's been a tough week for us. But we're very happy with our performance and the result today. We have a lot of quality in the squad. Today we showed that we can be very successful as a team. I'm obviously happy that I'm scoring goals to help the team out at the moment. But the most important thing is team's success."

Sebastian Hoeness: "We were very solid for the full 90 minutes and scored the goals at the right moments. We didn't give anything away today; that makes me extremely proud. It's been a demanding week with the travel and the game in the Europa League. It's a very good feeling. We want to build on today's performance in the upcoming matches. Florian Kohfeldt (SV Werder Bremen coach): "It's difficult to explain. It didn't go well at all today. We were a long way off our performances from the past few weeks and had a very bad day. We gave away the first three goals in particular too easily. We didn't play with enough purpose ourselves. That was nothing today. We need to show a reaction next week."
