Cologne on a Sunday, in Berlin on a Tuesday
The second half of TSG Hoffenheim's season will start on a Sunday when they face 1. FC Cologne. The Matchday 18 clash at the PreZero Arena will kick off at 18:00 CET on Sunday 24 January. Arminia Bielelfeld will visit Sinsheim on a Saturday (16 January at 15:30 CET), while Sebastian Hoeness and his team will take on Hertha BSC in Berlin on Matchday 17. Kick-off at the Olympiastadion will be at 20:30 CET on Tuesday 19 January.
The DFL had already scheduled Hoffenheim's first games in 2021. Both the fixtures at home to SC Freiburg (2 January) and away to FC Schalke 04 (9 January) will take place on a Saturday in the 15:30 CET slot.
