TSG Fan Shop to close until 6 January
The TSG Fan Shop at the PreZero Arena will close over the holiday season for stocktaking and a planned shutdown. Fans will have the opportunity to go shopping between 10:00 CET and 14:00 CET on 24 December, but the Fan Shop will subsequently close until 6 January. The Fan Shop will then be open for business as usual from 7 January onwards.
The service hotline (+49 7261 94 93 0) will not be manned during this period either. In addition, returns and reimbursements cannot be processed and there may be delays in responding to e-mail enquiries sent to fanartikel@achtzehn99.de.
This will affect ticket enquiries as well. No tickets orders can be sent via post between 23 December and 6 January.
