TSG come from behind to rescue point in Wolfsburg
Personnel and tactics
There were two changes to the starting XI that drew 1-1 with FC Schalke 04 last time out. Benjamin Hübner, who has spent four months on the sidelines recovering from the after-effects of a severe concussion, replaced Kasim Adams at the heart of defence. The 29-year-old featured alongside captain Kevin Vogt and Ermin Bicakcic in a back three in front of shot-stopper Oliver Baumann.
Nico Schulz returned to the starting line-up in his usual left-back role, with Pavel Kaderabek resuming his position on the opposite flank. Kerem Demirbay, Steven Zuber and Andrej Kramaric formed the midfield trio, while Ishak Belfodil and Joelinton continued their partnership up front.
Injury forced Demirbay off on the stroke of half-time, with Grillitsch coming off the bench in his stead in the 44th minute. Nagelsmann brought on Adam Szalai to replace Vogt at the interval, with Kaderabek slotting into central defence and Zuber playing on the right flank. Zuber was later substituted and replaced by Reiss Nelson on the hour-mark.
Moment of the match
The header by Andrej Kramaric that levelled the score at 2-2. The goal was initially disallowed for offside but the officials subsequently overturned their decision and rightfully allowed Kramaric's goal to stand.
Number of the game: 7
The 2-2 draw in Wolfsburg means TSG are now unbeaten in their last seven Bundesliga matches.
