Harder13-Cup: 1899 set to meet Mainz and Mannheim
The annual indoor winter tournaments are falling back into the schedules for German clubs up and down the country. Despite, not being mandatory any longer, most teams look at these events as an opportunity to keep their team up to speed during what can sometimes prove a rather tedious and unproductive break. With Hoffenheim currently thriving in the Bundesliga, Ralf Rangnick has taken no chances when it comes to his team losing momentum and so has decided that the team from Kraichgau will take part in the Harder13-Cup for the third time in recent years.
The group stage draw was conducted on Tuesday of this week and involved 6 teams. The other group that was drawn contains Karlsruher SC, SC Freiburg and 1. FC Kaiserslautern.
