Due to the expected number of spectators in the arena and the high volume of traffic, TSG Hoffenheim recommends arriving early and using public transport. On Saturday, extra buses will be running to the PreZero Arena. A shuttle service will be running every 15 minutes from Sinsheim (Elsenz) station - the bus stop can be found on the same side as the station - to the arena (industrial estate Sinsheim-Süd, opposite AVR) and back again. Various other lines will also be running shuttle services directly to the PreZero Arena from the surrounding areas. 

For departure after the game, buses will be waiting at the bus terminal (P9). The fixed departure times are 17:45 and 18:30. Almost all lines will also have additional buses which, depending on demand, will be running between the two fixed departure times. If you still choose to travel by car, TSG recommends the free car park "Freibad" and the multi-storey car park at Dr.-Sieber-Halle near the main train station. There is also the option to pay for parking on Neulandstraße (5 euros for P12, 10 euros for P1-5 Museum). Parking spaces for visitors are also available directly next to the arena and cost 10 euros.

For away fans arriving by coach, there is a car park for coaches within the PreZero Arena complex directly next to the entrance for away fans. The car park is signposted and is exclusively for the use of away fans. There are no other parking options for coaches at the PreZero Arena. All other buses should use the bus terminal at P9 for boarding and disembarking. Due to public transport access, it is not possible to park at the terminal for a longer period of time, and boarding/disembarking at the terminal may only take place at the following times:

  • before the game: up to 1 hour before kick-off
  • after the game: between 30-60 minutes after the final whistle
  • Coach access cannot be provided outside of these times. 
  • To ensure that everything runs smoothly, please follow the instructions of the marshals present. Buses must depart promptly after boarding/disembarking is complete. 
  • Depending on capacity, it is possible that buses may be turned away.
