Cerci, Hahn and Memeti present collection

Since October, the players have been working with the TSG Hoffenheim merchandising department on a special collection. Selina Cerci, Chiara Hahn and Erëleta Memeti were able to design their own pieces of clothing which will appear in the "inspired by" series. In addition to the tops designed by each player, there will also be a general shirt with the eyes of the three first team players printed on it.

It didn't take much to convince the three players to take part in the project. "I'm open to new experiences and projects that are good fun. I also like wearing nice outfits, and with this project I was able to design my own hoodie," said Selina Cerci. "It was such a cool process," said Chiara Hahn. "Making the whole thing happen with this group of people was so much fun. The journey was really exciting for us too, we had a lot of discussions amongst ourselves, helped each other out, and we managed to achieve such a great outcome." Erëleta Memeti has a reputation in the team for being a brilliant artist - which meant she was under pressure. "Chiara and I only have fairly limited artistic abilities, but Eri's the woman for the job," said Cerci, although her teammate struggled to find inspiration at first. "It's the idea that's the difficult part - after that, putting it into practice is easy," said Memeti. 

The fact that the collection will be coming out to coincide with International Women's Day on 8th March will attract extra attention. This project may be continued in future at any time under the collection title "inspired by". In terms of pricing, it was important to the club that the collection wasn't too expensive, so the typical prices for t-shirts and sweatshirts in the TSG fan shop apply. The t-shirt designed by Erëleta Memeti costs 27.95 euros, and the sweatshirts by Chiara Hahn and Selina Cerci cost 59.95 euros.
