Directions and parking
Train:
Get off at Leverkusen-Mitte and follow the signs ‘STADION’ or ‘BAYARENA’ on the platform. The walk from Leverkusen-Mitte station to the away entrance at the BayArena takes about eight to ten minutes.
Cars and nine-seaters:
Cars and vans (nine-seater) without a parking permit cannot park in the P6 bus car park under the stilt motorway. The police, the road traffic office and the security service will turn away all vehicles in front of P6 and send them to the shuttle bus car park.
Address of shuttle bus car park: Otto-Bayer-Straße, 51061 Cologne. To avoid mixing of fans, it is advisable not to use the shuttle buses at the shuttle bus car park, but to take the S-Bahn S6 in the direction of Leverkusen-Mitte.
For departure, we recommend that visiting fans who have used the external car park on Otto-Bayer-Straße by car or minibus walk to Leverkusen-Mitte station and then get off at the next stop ‘Leverkusen-Chemiepark’ on the S-Bahn S6 (platform 1) in the direction of Cologne to get to the large ‘Otto-Bayer-Straße’ car park without mixing fans.
Parking spaces for the severely disabled and wheelchair users:
The car park for fans with severe disabilities or wheelchairs is located directly opposite the BayArena. Access and use is only possible with a blue wheelchair parking permit.

Buses:
Bus parking spaces are available in car park P6. To get to the P6 bus car park, take the Europaring via the ‘Am Neuenhof’ exit to Marienburger Straße. Toilets and rubbish containers are available at the coach parks. Parking is free of charge for coaches.

Fan paraphernalia:
At the match in Leverkusen, the following materials are permitted in the guest block:
- Max. five large waving flags
- Max. 40 double holders up to 2.00m (flag pole must be made of PVC empty tube)
- Flags up to 2.00m (flag pole must be made of PVC pipe)
- Fence flags or fan club banners (as long as space is available)
Please note: Escape doors may not be overhung under any circumstances.
Stadium opening:
The stadium opens two hours before kick-off (15:30 CET).
Blocks / away entrance:
The blocks SG1 to SG3 are available for away fans. The standing areas are located in rows 1-25 (SG1+SG2) and 1-20 (SG3). The seats are located in rows 96-98 (SG1+SG2) and 92-94 (SG3).
Catering:
Cash payment is not possible at the catering counters in the BayArena. It is not permitted to take food and drinks into the stadium.
BAC limit:
Random alcohol tests may be carried out. Visitors who are visibly under the influence of alcohol will be tested in any case. The security staff will decide whether access to the stadium can then be granted.
Bags and rucksacks:
All bags and rucksacks up to A4 size are permitted. Bags, rucksacks, travelling bags, suitcases, sports bags or similar items larger than A4 size are not permitted. There is a drop-off point for storing smaller items in front of the guest entrance for a storage fee of €1.00 (payment in cash only).
Photo and video cameras:
Digital cameras for private use are permitted. Professional equipment such as SLR cameras and interchangeable lenses are not permitted. Video cameras are generally not permitted.
Miscellaneous:
It is not permitted to bring power banks/additional batteries into the BayArena.
The maximum size of refill containers for TC e-cigarettes is 10ml.
