Framework calendar for the 2025/26 season published
The dates for the 2025/26 season have been confirmed: the executive committees of the German Football League (DFL) and German Football Federation (DFB) have communicated the framework calendar for next season.
The 2025/26 Bundesliga season starts on 22 August 2025. The Bundesliga will break for the winter following Matchday 15, with the final round of matches before Christmas scheduled for 19-21 December. The winter break will be another short one, with the action recommencing on 9 January 2026. The season finale is scheduled for 16 May 2026.
