Changed Fan Shop opening times
The opening times of the TSG Fan Shop at the PreZero Arena will change as of 1 August. You can buy fan merchandise and tickets at the stadium from 10:00 to 17:00 CET on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays, while the Fan Shop will be open from 10:00 to 18:00 CET on Thursdays. The opening times on matchdays shall remain unchanged.
In addition to the new opening times of the Fan Shop at the PreZero Arena, the reachability of the ticketing hotline (07261-9493 0) will also change. The hotline will be available from 10:00 to 12:00 CET and from 13:30 to 17:00 CET on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; on Thursdays, from 10:00 to 12:00 CET and from 13:30 to 18:00 CET.
On home matchdays, the Fan Shop will continue to be open from three hours before kick-off and close around one hour after the final whistle.
