Rosen addresses the Rutter speculation

"Georgi has been confronted with a big issue that is taking up a lot of his energy. He is a young man and it is therefore understandable that he is preoccupied by the current situation. From our viewpoint, it is about dealing with a young man in a responsible manner and we've decided for that reason that he shouldn't participate in full training with the first team right now," said TSG director of football Alexander Rosen, who went on to add:

"There has of course been tremendous interest in such a talented player – and not only since yesterday. You don't have to be an expert to work that out. There is currently more than one club making intensive efforts to sign the player. We must ultimately decide what is the best outcome for TSG Hoffenheim under the circumstances. However, it is also important to take into account the thoughts of Georginio and those around him because ultimately, we're not talking about a piece of furniture here, but about the future of a young person."
