Hard-fought draw against Freiburg

TSG Hoffenheim and SC Freiburg drew the Baden derby 0-0. In an exciting match played against an atmospheric backdrop, both teams had plenty of chances to claim the victory – but it ended in a deserved stalemate. The point means TSG are still unbeaten at home four games into the season.

Outlook

With Matchday 7 now done and dusted, the Bundesliga is set for a break. TSG will continue their domestic campaign after the international break when they visit Hertha BSC on Sunday (2 October at 15:30 CET). Hoffenheim sit in fourth place with 13 points.
