TSG start in Mönchengladbach, first home game against Bochum
An away game on the first matchday: TSG Hoffenheim will kick-off their 2022/23 Bundesliga season with an away match against Borussia Mönchengladbach (6/7 August). The fixtures were announced by the German Football League (DFL) on Friday. One week later, TSG will play host to VfL Bochum for the first Bundesliga home game under coach André Breitenreiter. TSG will welcome SC Freiburg on Matchday 7, while the battle with VfB Stuttgart will take place on Matchday 17 in the PreZero Arena, with the season finishing in Stuttgart on the last matchday of the 2022/23 season. Bayern Munich will come to the Kraichgau in October (Matchday 11). In the last match of this calendar year, TSG will play VfL Wolfsburg on Matchday 15 (11-13 November). After that, the World Cup in Qatar will begin.
