TSG to face Viktoria Cologne in DFB-Pokal
TSG Hoffenheim's opponents in the first round of the DFB-Pokal have been confirmed: coach Sebastian Hoeness' team will take on FC Viktoria Cologne on the weekend of 6-8 August.
Season to get under way in Cologne: the draw for the first round of the DFB-Pokal has pitted TSG Hoffenheim against FC Viktoria Cologne. The third-tier outfit finished last season in 12th place in the table.
The first-round fixtures will be played from 6 to 8 August. The precise scheduling is yet to be announced. A week after facing Viktoria Cologne, TSG Hoffenheim will kick off their Bundesliga campaign away to FC Augsburg.
