Fans crown Kramaric Player of the Season
The fans have finished voting and we have a winner: Andrej Kramaric is your TSG Player of the Season. The Croat, who became Hoffenheim's all-time record goalscorer this season, received more votes than any of his team-mates in a social media poll.
