Akpoguma and Toljan start the week with a win

Jeremy Toljan started the four-nation tournament in the Netherlands successfully. On Thursday night, Frank Wormuth's side beat Turkey 3-0. On Saturday at 18:30 CET, they will face hosts Holland before their final encounter against the Czech Republic on Monday night (18:00).

For Germany's U19 side, the first round of qualifying for the 2014 European Championship in Hungary started on Thursday. Kevin Akpoguma started in the 2-1 win against Belarus. On Saturday (13:00 CET), Latvia are the next opponents, before they face Scotland on Tuesday, also at 13:00 CET.
