Working with NABU and TSG towards a "Super-clean Sinsheim"
Preventing littering, using recyclable materials, saving resources - this is the vision behind TSG Hoffenheim's certified Zero Waste Arena. But this issue doesn't just affect the PreZero Arena, it also affects our city. As you know, there are lots of places where there's litter lying around, including highly toxic materials such as cigarette butts. There is far too much mindless littering, even though in Sinsheim the closest bin usually isn't far away.
This is why NABU Sinsheim and TSG Hoffenheim are inviting you to take part in a collective clean-up. We will be meeting on Saturday 29th March 2025 at 11:15 in the car park of the Sinsheim open air swimming pool. Please bring your own gloves, and feel free to also bring litter pickers, buckets and hi-vis vests if you have them. We will provide bin bags and a limited number of litter pickers. TSG Hoffenheim and our partner PreZero will be further supporting the clean-up with a donation.
At the end of the clean-up, there will be refreshments for all those who have taken part at 13:30 at the PreZero Arena fan house. Those who have tickets can then stay to support TSG in the home game against FC Augsburg. Kick-off is at 15:30 CET. For those not attending the game, the swimming pool car park (starting point) is around a 30-minute walk away. The match day shuttle bus will also be departing every 15 minutes to take you from the PreZero Arena to Sinsheim/Elsenz train station, which is around 500m from our starting point.
Be part of the initiative for a super-clean Sinsheim! Registration closes on 24.03.25, and the maximum number of participants is 50 adults. Children are more than welcome, but should always be accompanied by an adult.
Once you have registered, you will receive confirmation and further information. You can register here.
We look forward to seeing you there!
