Tufekovic out with muscle injury

TSG Hoffenheim will be without goalkeeper Martina Tufekovic until further notice. The 30-year-old suffered a muscular injury in her right thigh in the cup semi-final against FC Bayern Munich. Fellow shot-stopper Laura Dick sustained a broken nose during the pre-match warm-up in the Bavarian capital and underwent successful surgery on Monday. Franziska Harsch also suffered a fractured nose in the semi-final; the midfielder will undergo surgery on Thursday.

Cerci in DFB squad / Hahn gets first U23 call-up

Forward Selina Cerci has been called up by national team coach Christian Wück for the UEFA Women's Nations League matches against Scotland at Tannadice Park on 4 April (20:35 CET, ZDF) and at the Volkswagen Arena Wolfsburg on 8 April (17:45 CET, ARD). Melissa Kössler is also on standby. Laura Dick, Vanessa Diehm and – for the first time – Chiara Hahn have also been invited to join the U23 national team. The DFB squad will face the Netherlands on 4 April during an U23 fixture period, before then taking on Italy or Norway on 7 April.
