Fan information on the match in Frankfurt

The Hoffenheim fan representatives have compiled all the important information to prepare you for the away match against Eintracht Frankfurt (Sunday at 17:30 CET / Live Ticker at tsg-hoffenheim.de).

Arrival and parking

Train:

There is no explicit shuttle transfer from Frankfurt main station (Hauptbahnhof). From the Hauptbahnhof, you can take the S-Bahn lines S7, S8 and S9 to the stadium. Deutsche Bank Park is within walking distance (about 800 m) of the S-Bahn station "Stadion".

Arrival:

The stadium can be reached from all directions via the A3. At the Frankfurt-Süd junction, take the B44 towards Frankfurt-Stadtmitte/Stadion. From there, follow the signs for the stadium parking lots.

Parking spaces:

Parking lot P9, which can be reached via the Mörfelder Landstrasse (opposite direction from the city), is available for away buses. The parking fee for buses is €25.

It is also possible for minibuses and cars to park in parking lot P9. However, capacity is limited and so if the parking lot is full, we recommend that all fans arriving by car use the "Waldparkplatz" parking lot. The parking fee for cars is €7. The "Gleisdreieck" parking lot is exclusively for home supporters and should therefore be avoided at all costs.

Further information

Stadium opening and ticket office:

The stadium will open 120 minutes (15:30 CET) prior to the game.

There will be no ticket office on matchday.

Blocks:

Standing area: Block 20

Seated area: 20C and 21H

Admission:

Since this season there has been an additional entrance E2a, which is located directly at the away bus parking lot P9. As a result, the police are increasingly no longer allowing away fans to leave P9 and are asking them to enter the stadium grounds directly from the parking lot.

Fan paraphernalia:

The following materials are allowed in the away sector for the away game in Dortmund:

  • Flags (up to 2m)
  • 25 double-holders (up to 2m)
  • Fence flags (provided space is available)

Gastronomy:

It is possible to pay with cash and with all other standard payment methods in Frankfurt (debit card, Google/Apple Pay).

It is not permitted to bring food and drinks with you.

Alcohol limit:

Persons who are found to have a blood alcohol concentration of more than 1.6 per mille are generally not permitted to enter Deutsche Bank Park.

Bags and rucksacks:

Belt bags and pouches are generally allowed. It is only possible to bring bags to a limited extent and it should be avoided wherever possible. Bags or pouches must not exceed 210 mm x 297 mm (Din A4) in size. There will be no storage facilities at the stadium.

Photo and video cameras:

Bringing cameras/digital cameras (up to a size of 20 x 12 x 12 cm) for private use is no problem. In the case of cameras with interchangeable lenses, fans are only allowed to bring in one lens in total. Video cameras are not permitted.

Miscellaneous:

Attention: Clothing that can be used for the purposes of disguise (even if sewn in by the manufacturer) as well as the lettering A.C.A.B. constitute an administrative offence in Frankfurt and can be prosecuted by the police. Wearing unconstitutional symbols and signs is prohibited and will be prosecuted.

All visitors to the stadium will be subjected to the usual ticket inspections and body checks at all entrances. Due to the large size of the stadium premises and the long distances from the entrances to the blocks, fans may be checked again at the entrance to Block 20. Depending on the situation, there may also be individual random checks at the block entrance. These checks should ideally be accompanied by fan representatives, the fan project or away stewards.
