Reimbursement for season ticket holders

Season ticket holders for the 2021/22 campaign can apply for a partial reimbursement of their TSG season tickets for the home games against Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Mönchengladbach and FC Augsburg (1/12th per game) via the TSG Ticket Shop. It is also possible to forego the reimbursement via the TSG Ticket Shop. In that case, 100% of proceedings will be donated to "TSG hilft e.V." 

To apply for a reimbursement, please take the following steps:

1. Log in to the TSG Ticket Shop at https://tickets.tsg-hoffenheim.de with the customer number that is linked to your registered e-mail address. Should you not have any log-in details, please click on the "Password forgotten" option and enter your customer number from an existing bill, e-mail or season ticket. You will receive a link to change your password within 10 minutes.
2. In the TSG Ticket Shop, please click on the menu option "My tickets" under "My account".
3. Under "My tickets", please choose from the home games against Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Mönchengladbach and FC Augsburg. Please note that you must apply for each match individually!
4. Please click on the blue button "Ticket info".
5. In the drop-down menu, select the "Initiate refund" option and then click "Next".
6. Next, approve the refund for the ticket in question by checking the box.
7. Finally, you must enter your bank details and then confirm the reimbursement by clicking the "Next" button and the "Refund" button.
8. The proportion of the season ticket price will be transferred to the specified bank account within 14 working days of being re-purchased by TSG Hoffenheim via the TSG Ticket Market.

It is possible to apply for a refund for the home games against Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Mönchengladbach and FC Augsburg via the TSG Online Shop up until 23:59 CET on 31 May 2022 at the latest. Unfortunately, a refund will no longer be possible thereafter.

To forego the reimbursement, please take the following steps:

1. Log in to the TSG Ticket Shop at https://tickets.tsg-hoffenheim.de with the customer number that is linked to your registered e-mail address. Should you not have any log-in details, please click on the "Password forgotten" option and enter your customer number from an existing bill, e-mail or season ticket. You will receive a link to change your password within 10 minutes.
2. In the TSG Ticket Shop, please click on the menu option "My tickets" under "My account".
3. Under "My tickets", please choose from the home games against Eintracht Frankfurt, Borussia Mönchengladbach or FC Augsburg. Please note that you must apply for each match individually!
4. Please click on the blue button "Ticket info".
5. In the drop-down menu, select the "Forego refund" option and then click "Next".
6. Next, confirm that you wish to forego the refund for the ticket in question by checking the box. Then go to "Add new recipient" and enter the following data (see below) and click on "Next": First name: Tickets      Surname: TSG Hoffenheim          E-mail: ticketing@tsg-hoffenheim.de
7. Finally, please confirm the transaction by clicking the "Forego" button.

If additional home games at the PreZero Arena in Sinsheim must be played behind closed doors or with a reduced stadium capacity, we will inform you via e-mail.
