Finn Ole Becker to join TSG on a free transfer in the summer
"Finn is a very talented player with outstanding footballing skills who can be deployed in a wide variety of midfield roles," said TSG director of football, Alexander Rosen, about the left-footer. "He is a clever and creative player who is always able to find smart solutions on the pitch, even in pressure situations. We are very pleased that he has decided to take the next step in his career with us."
Finn Ole Becker started his youth football career at the age of eleven with FC St. Pauli, where he played in all age-group teams from 2011 onwards. Before his call-up to the Germany U21 team, the Elmshorn-born player had already represented his country at U17, U18 and U20 level. Becker made his senior debut for St. Pauli at 18 years of age, coming on as an 87th-minute substitute in a 1-1 draw against Arminia Bielefeld at the Millerntor stadium in Hamburg on Matchday 29 of the 2018/19 season. Since then, the now 21-year-old has made 75 appearances in the second tier (four goals) and three in the DFB-Pokal.
