TSG to open 2016/17 season at home to Leipzig
The German Football League (DFL) revealed the schedule for the 2016/17 Bundesliga season on Wednesday morning. Hoffenheim will kick off the new campaign with a home match against top-flight debutants RB Leipzig.

Matchday 1: TSG 1899 Hoffenheim vs. RB Leipzig
Matchday 2: 1. FSV Mainz 05 vs. TSG 1899 Hoffenheim
Matchday 3: TSG 1899 Hoffenheim vs. VfL Wolfsburg
Matchday 4: SV Darmstadt 98 vs. TSG 1899 Hoffenheim

TSG head coach Julian Nagelsmann is looking forward to the opening fixture. “We will come up against some familiar faces when we host Leipzig. The matches in Mainz and against Wolfsburg will also be interesting and will give us a good indication of where we stand early on in the season.”
