All-clear given after car accident: Advincula suffers bruising

The player's car span out of control in wet conditions and crashed into a tree on his way to training. No other vehicles were involved.

Advincula was examined on Thursday afternoon with the results showing that the Peruvian had suffered some bruising, but was otherwise okay. The midfielder will remain under observation at the clinic until Friday. Advincula is expected to sit out training for ten days.

Hoffenheim sporting director Andreas Müller: “First of all, we're relieved that Luis Advincula has come out of the accident mostly unscathed and we're hoping to see him back on the training pitch soon. We're also pleased that there were no other people involved in the accident.”
